RETURN CONDITIONS

The item must be registered for return within 14 days of receipt.

Returns are only accepted at:

Manufacturing defects
Damage caused during shipping (transport damage, etc.)
When an item is not delivered in accordance with the order

Returns will not be processed if:

Damage is found that was caused through no fault of the supplier or the transporter.
Products have been modified/have been subject to adjustments that have not been approved in advance by Henk Schram Meubelen B.V.
Products for which repairs have been attempted without prior approval by Henk Schram Meubelen B.V.

Returns will only be credited if they include:

(Copy) packing slip
Proper packaging
By Henk Schram Meubelen B.V. approval issued

The item will be credited after it has been received by Henk Schram Meubelen and can no longer be repaired. It must also be returned in the original condition as delivered (such as color, etc.). If the item has suffered damage other than stated in this letter, we cannot honor this request.

If an item changes within 1 year after purchase, for example due to cracking, warping, etc. during normal use, this must be reported to Henk Schram Meubelen. This item will be examined by us and will therefore be repaired or exchanged. Items delivered more than a year ago are not covered by the warranty. These complaints will therefore not be processed. After exchange, the complained item must be reported to us for collection within 3 months. If the goods have not been presented for collection after 3 months, the complained item will no longer be returned.
