Ordering is easy via our portal. If you do not have a customer account yet, please request one via info@hsmcollection.com. If you are interested in an automatic connection (API connection), please ask about the possibilities.

Delivery times at HSM Collection,

Products in stock (1-2 weeks): Our stock products are immediately available for shipment and have an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks. We understand that speed is important, and we do our utmost to get these products to you as quickly as possible.

Products in transit (2-4 weeks): In some cases, a product may still be in transit to our warehouse. In this situation you can expect the delivery time to be between 2 and 4 weeks. We will keep you informed of the status of your order, so that you are always aware of the expected arrival date.

Products on backorder (6-10 weeks): If a product is temporarily out of stock and on backorder, we aim to deliver it to you within 4 to 6 weeks.
